Update: The initial phase of the evidentiary hearing on FirstEnergy’s electric security plan application concluded last week. This week FirstEnergy filed five pieces of rebuttal testimony. Depositions of these rebuttal witnesses are currently underway. Rebuttal witnesses are scheduled to testify next week.
