Update:  On October 6, 2014, an entry slightly modifying the previously-issued procedural schedule governing the case was filed.  Per the entry, the schedule establishes the following pertinent dates/deadlines:

• Discovery requests, with the exception of deposition notices, must be served no later than December 1, 2014
• Testimony on behalf of intervening parties must be filed by December 22, 2014
• Testimony on behalf of Staff must be filed by January 9, 2015.
• A prehearing conference is scheduled for January 9, 2015
• The evidentiary hearing will commence on January 20, 2015
