Update:  On October 31, 2014, IGS Energy filed a motion to intervene in the proceeding.  On the same day, AEP Ohio filed a memorandum contra the motion to intervene filed by PJM’s Independent Market Monitor (PJM IMM).  FES filed correspondence in the docket on November 5, 2014 supporting the grounds on which AEP Ohio filed its memorandum contra the PJM IMM’s motion to intervene.

Also on November 5, 2014, Sierra Club and the Retail Energy Supply Association (RESA) filed replies to AEP Ohio’s memorandum contra to Sierra Club’s motion to establish a procedural schedule.  AEP Ohio filed correspondence with the Commission on November 6, 2014, in which it took issue (on procedural grounds) with RESA’s reply.
