Update:  OMAEG is working with Tom Lause of Cooper Tire to file testimony to oppose DP&L’s credit support rider, similar to the rider approved in FirstEnergy’s ESP case, under which DP&L seeks to recover $145 million per year for a term of seven years. Intervenor testimony is due November 21st and an evidentiary hearing is scheduled to begin on December 5th.
