Update:  OMAEG will file an application for rehearing of the PUCO’s October 12^th decision to adopt Staff’s proposed Distribution Modernization Rider (Rider DMR) and collect from customers $132.5 million per year for three years (approximately $204 million per year grossed up for taxes).
