Update:  On April 25, 2014, the Energy Professionals of Ohio filed a motion to intervene out of time.

The Ohio Hospital Association filed a notice of deposition for AEP Ohio witnesses Allen, Gabbard, Roush, Vegas, Spitznogle, and Dias.  The date and time of the depositions have not yet been set.

AEP Ohio filed notices of deposition for all intervening parties, including OMA Energy Group, to depose all witness that file testimony on behalf of the intervening parties.  All such depositions are scheduled to commence on May 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.

On April 29, 2014, IEU-Ohio filed a notice of withdrawal of its motion to compel discovery.

Intervenor testimony is due May 6, 2014.
