Update:  Last week, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) filed memorandum contra to Natural Resource Defense Council’s (NRDC) and Paulding Wind Farm II LLC’s (Paulding) motions to intervene.  On March 18, NRDC and Paulding filed individual replies to IEU-Ohio’s memoranda contra their motions to intervene.
