Update:  Ohio Power Company is seeking a reallocation of energy efficiency funds between its business sector programs.  AEP requests to reallocate $8,500,000 from its business prescriptive and custom programs to business- new construction program.  Staff issued a letter stating that the business – new construction program turned out to be extremely popular and exceeded AEP’s expectations.  Accordingly, Staff approved the reallocation.
