Update: On June 15, 2015, the attorney examiner issued an entry extending the deadline for IGS Energy to file its reply to previously-filed interlocutory appeals until June 17, 2015. On June 17, 2015, IGS Energy filed a memorandum contra the interlocutory appeals filed by Duke and FirstEnergy regarding the attorney examiner’s ruling regarding confidentiality issues surrounding the previously tendered testimony of FirstEnergy witness Rose.

Also on June 17, 2015, OMA Energy Group, the Retail Energy Supply Association, PJM Power Providers Group, the Electric Power Supply Association, the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council, and OPAE filed a joint reply in support of their motion to amend the procedural schedule.
