Update: On January 27, 2015, FirstEnergy filed a memorandum contra to the late-filed motion to intervene of CPV Shore, LLC. Additional depositions of FirstEnergy witnesses also continued this week. OMA Energy Group plans to file supplemental intervenor testimony on February 5, 2015.
