Update:  As mentioned in last week’s report, OMA Energy Group filed a motion to intervene in this matter on July 18, 2014.  Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) and the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) also filed motions to intervene in the proceeding on July 18, 2014.
