Update:  Duke filed a motion for leave to file an opposition to the Joint Application for Rehearing of the OCC, Kroger, OMAEG, and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy.  Duke claims that it made an inadvertent error in missing the deadline to oppose the application for rehearing and that the other parties will not be prejudiced if leave is granted.  Duke also filed an opposition to the Second Joint Application for Rehearing of the OCC, Kroger, OMAEG, and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy.
