Update:  OMAEG will be serving discovery requests upon AEP Ohio on April 11, 2014 in connection with its application and the pre-filed testimony of its witnesses.  Energy Counsel is additionally in the process of evaluating strategies for the submission of pre-filed testimony and testimony to be offered at the hearing on AEP’s ESP III.
