OSHA has announced its preliminary top 10 most frequently cited workplace safety violations for the 2022 federal fiscal year. All of the violations on the 2022 list also appeared on the previous year’s list, although there was a considerable shift in the rankings — primarily due to an increase in hazard communication violations. 11/1/2022
