State tax receipts in November continued to exceed forecasts, according to the monthly financial report issued this week by the Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM). Total General Revenue Fund tax receipts finished last month $46.4 million (2.3%) above the budgeted estimate. For the fiscal year-to-date, tax revenues are $393.6 million (3.8%) above estimate, largely due to sales and use taxes, which have beaten estimates by $306.9 million (6.6%). 12/7/2020
