The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA) recently held its Southwest Ohio Launch Academy for the JobsOhio Technician Path, marking another milestone in building the statewide Concierge Service Provider (CSP) network. As Statewide Concierge Lead, OMA is working across JobsOhio’s regions to equip local partners with shared information, resources, and service standards that support a consistent experience for manufacturers exploring technician talent development opportunities.

Building on Ohio’s strong foundation of employer-led workforce partnerships, the Launch Academies are strengthening regional readiness to connect manufacturers with the expertise and training pathways needed to grow their technician workforce. In southwest Ohio, Cincinnati State Technical and Community College serves as the regional CSP, bringing its education and workforce expertise to support employers throughout the region.

Manufacturers interested in learning more about JobsOhio Technician Path are encouraged to connect with their regional CSP to explore available opportunities and next steps. 10/21/2026
