Safex has named Ryan Moon president, while Dianne Grote-Adams has moved into the role of CEO and will remain owner. Moon will lead the company’s day-to-day direction as Grote-Adams continues providing strategic leadership and helping shape its future. Safex said the transition builds on years of collaboration and will preserve the culture and commitment to workplace health and safety that Grote-Adams has developed over more than three decades.

Many Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA) Workers’ Compensation Services members know Grote-Adams through Safex’s monthly safety webinars.
