OMA Workforce Training Directory Opens New Opportunities for Education Partners

11/06/2026

The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA) launched its inaugural Workforce Training Directory in October, creating a new statewide resource to help manufacturers identify education and training partners aligned with industry workforce needs. Developed through OMA’s Workforce Training Partner Program, the directory strengthens connections between manufacturers and institutions preparing Ohio’s future manufacturing workforce.

With the initial directory now available, OMA is continuing to welcome education and training institutions interested in joining the Workforce Training Partner Program. Through the program, institutions can increase visibility among manufacturers, demonstrate alignment with industry-defined skills, and build stronger employer partnerships. The next directory update is planned for the first quarter of 2027, creating another opportunity for eligible institutions to be featured.

Schools, career centers, technical centers, colleges, and universities interested in participating are encouraged to submit the interest form to learn more about becoming an OMA Workforce Training Partner and opportunities for inclusion in the upcoming directory update. 11/4/2026
