The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association Political Action Committee (OMA-PAC) has endorsed Colleen O’Donnell and Justice Dan Hawkins for election to the Ohio Supreme Court.

The court’s decisions shape the rules governing taxes, contracts, workers’ compensation, product liability and regulation. Manufacturers making long-term investments need confidence that statutes will be applied as written, contracts will be enforced and legal principles will be applied consistently.

“Ohio manufacturers need a Supreme Court that understands its role and follows the law, regardless of the issue or the parties involved,” said OMA President Ryan Augsburger. “Colleen O’Donnell and Justice Dan Hawkins have the experience, judgment and discipline Ohioans should expect from their highest court.”
