Ohio is well represented in U.S. News & World Report’s new ranking of nation’s best 25 affordable communities. Youngstown came in at No. 2, with a cost of living that requires just over 20% of the median household income. Also making the publication’s top 25 were Toledo (No. 21) and Dayton (No. 22). 5/16/2023
