The Ohio Cooperative Education Association (OCEA) will host its annual Fall Drive-In on Friday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Capital University in Columbus. The professional development event will bring together manufacturers, educators, workforce professionals, and state partners to explore strategies for expanding work-based learning opportunities and strengthening Ohio’s talent pipeline.

The event will feature insights from Butler Tech on building meaningful employer-education partnerships, Ohio TechNet on engaging small and mid-sized businesses in work-based learning, and the Ohio Department of Higher Education on policy developments. Attendees will also participate in JobsOhio regional roundtables, providing opportunities to connect with partners and exchange ideas on talent development across Ohio.

Manufacturers and workforce partners interested in strengthening work-based learning and employer engagement strategies are encouraged to register for the OCEA Fall Drive-In. Registration is $40 for OCEA members and $60 for nonmembers. 10/28/2026
