Ohio Manufacturers' Association Energy Services
OMA’S SUSTAINABILITY PEER NETWORK

OMA’s Sustainability Peer Network (SPN) was created to help support manufacturing managers and staff who have responsibility for meeting their company’s sustainability goals.

Today, sustainability goals range from resource management (e.g. water reduction, energy reduction and zero-landfill) to lifecycle product design to managing impacts on employee and customer quality of life.

As sustainability projects have become more commonplace, sustainability management and reporting have grown in importance among manufacturers and their supply chains.

Therefore, OMA’s Sustainability Peer Network offers member manufacturers an opportunity to network, learn and share their sustainability goals, management & reporting practices and projects.

WHAT DOES SPN OFFER?

OMA’s SPN members can participate in quarterly events – tours of member manufacturing facilities and informational in-person meetings.

Plant tours showcase members’ sustainability goals, practices and projects and provide peer learning.

In-person informational meetings focus on specific sustainability subject matter and include expert presentations as well as peer discussion.
