Jonathan Koomey, Ph.D. (Koomey Analytics)
Jonathan Koomey is a researcher, author, lecturer, and entrepreneur whose work spans climate solutions, critical thinking skills, trends in computing technologies, and the energy and environmental effects of data centers. Dr. Koomey holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Energy and Resources Group at UC Berkeley, and an A.B. in History and Science from Harvard University. Dr. Koomey is the author or coauthor of more than 200 articles and reports and ten books, including Turning Numbers into Knowledge: Mastering the Art of Problem Solving and Solving Climate Change: A Guide for Learners and Leaders.

Congressman Troy Balderson was sworn in as a member of the United States House of Representatives on September 5, 2018, and represents Ohio’s 12th Congressional District.
Troy is a member of the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees American energy, health care, and telecommunications policies, among other areas.
In the 119th Congress, Troy serves as chairman of the House Energy Action Team (HEAT), the leading voice on energy policy for House Republicans, and vice chairman of the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. He also serves as a member of the Republican Policy Committee, which is an advisory committee to House Republicans and provides a forum for Republican Members to discuss legislative proposals and current topics before the House.
