This week, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost sent a stern warning to those interfering with the proposed referendum to repeal House Bill 6, the nuclear bailout law. This comes after reports that signature gatherers have encountered aggressive “petition blockers” attempting to deter voters from signing.
