The Lorain County Workforce Development Agency provides access to services that are targeted to meet the workforce-related needs of area employers, job-seekers, and youth preparing to enter the world of work. The Agency provides oversight to the operation of Lorain County’s One-Stop employment center, known as OhioMeansJobs Lorain County, and administers and oversees workforce development programs under the federal Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act.
