Grow Licking County works to provide responsive and individualized economic development support to businesses in the region. Through its new initiative Project Prepare, Grow Licking County is partnering with area schools and businesses to encourage interest in skilled trades and manufacturing among all age groups. Additionally, in partnership with the Licking County Foundation, the project will commit funds to local businesses that are actively addressing the community's shared workforce concerns.
