Columbus State Community College offers a number of career and technical programs that prepare its students for careers in manufacturing. These programs include electro-mechanical engineering technology, electronic engineering technology, and mechanical engineering technology. Columbus State also offers certificates in engineering technologies for computer aided drafting technicians and CNC engineering technicians. Through its Center for Workforce Development, Columbus State works with businesses in the region to better tailor its academic programs to fit industry needs as well as provides custom training solutions.
