The Area 7 Workforce Development Board provides access to services that are targeted to meet the workforce-related needs of area employers, job-seekers, and youth preparing to enter the world of work. The Board provides oversight to the operation of the OhioMeansJobs centers in the region and administers and oversees workforce development programs under the federal Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act.
