A partnership in the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana tri-state region focused on meeting employer demand by growing the skills of both the current and future workforce. PCW aims to coordinate all of the region’s workforce efforts under a common umbrella to accelerate the pace of collaboration, set joint priorities, and track the region’s collective progress. PCW has worked diligently to create career pathways, engage local students, and develop training and mentoring programs.
