OMA Management Communities

Typically, member companies have multiple key managers involved in the association.  To help members quickly identify the issues and information that are most relevant to their roles, OMA services are segmented by issue: energy, environment, government affairs, human resources, safety & workers’ compensation, tax & finance, and leadership.

Members can take two actions to maximize their membership.

One, regularly scan the relevant Management Communities on this web site.
Two, go to My OMA and join the Management Communities of interest.  When you join an OMA Management Community, you receive – via email – community-specific:

  • Announcements about learning events
  • Bulletins and alerts when you really need to know or act
  • Legislative and regulatory updates

For more than 100 years, the OMA has helped Ohio’s manufacturers succeed and grow. Today, we’re supporting the evolution of modern manufacturing as Ohio companies adapt to global competition by creating and applying innovative technologies.
