Dennis M. Davis
Managing Director, Workers’ Compensation Services
Responsibility: Day to day leadership of OMA Workers’ Compensation Services as well as actuarial and rating services
Denny Davis is a familiar name to OMA members. From 1976 to 2002 Denny supported the OMA workers’ compensation program as an employee of the OMA’s former TPA partner. In 2002 Denny joined the OMA staff to lead the in-sourcing of TPA services. Denny also served on the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation committee that developed rules and regulations for the group rating system following legislation in 1989. Denny has provided actuarial services for the OMA plan since its inception in 1991. Denny leads the OMA Workers’ Compensation Services team on a day to day basis.

Georgia L. Booth
Account Manager, Workers' Compensation Services
Responsibility: Workers’ compensation account management
Georgia Booth has extensive experience in delivering workers’ compensation services; she has worked in the industry for more than 30 years. Her roles have included workers compensation third party administration (TPA) management, hearing representation, and developing claims cost savings strategies for employers. Her experience comes from working within several large and small TPAs in Ohio before joining the OMA staff in 2003. Her interest is in helping employers save time and money and facilitating positive outcomes.

Jay Kemo

Responsibility: Workers’ compensation account management
Prior to joining the OMA in 2003, Jay Kemo served as Customer Care Representative and Assistant Risk Manager for Ohio-based TPAs. He brings to the OMA a full understanding of workers’ compensation claims management as well as a rich background in group rating cost analysis. Jay joined the OMA staff in 2003 and earned his MBA from Ashland University in 2005 while working fulltime. With his education, Jay brings a unique and deep skill set to workers’ compensation management for his customers.

Barbara J. Raduege

Responsibility: Workers’ compensation account management
Barbara Raduege brings more than 25 years of experience in many facets of workers’ compensation claims management for several large Ohio TPAs as Account Manager and Rate Analyst. Barb joined the OMA staff in 2003. Barb prides herself on her excellent communication skills. She is eager to put her experience and qualifications to work for OMA. Her passion is to leave no stone unturned when it comes to investigating and managing claims for her customers.

Lisa B. Schaaf

Responsibility: Provide overall direction for the Workers' Compensation Services products of the OMA
Lisa Schaaf has served as COO and Marketing Services leader of the OMA since 1994, with primary responsibility for managing the OMA workers’ compensation products. Through her experience in directing all aspects of OMA Workers’ Compensation Services, she has gained significant understanding of what manufacturers require in an effective workers’ compensation program. Lisa has product improvement responsibility for all workers’ compensation services.
