Lawsuit Seeks Overtime For Time Spent Using BlackBerry
It was only a matter of time. A Chicago police sergeant is suing the City of Chicago claiming it owes him overtime pay for the time he spent using his BlackBerry on police business after his shift ended.

Nursing Mothers’ Break-Time Fact Sheet
The United States Department of Labor (DOL), the federal agency responsible for enforcing the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), recently issued a Fact Sheet discussing the new break-time requirement for nursing mothers to express milk. This requirement was contained in the extensive health care bill signed by President Obama on March 23, 2010.
