Climate Change Regulation Via The Clean Air Act: EPA's New Greenhouse Gas Rule For Facilities
On May 13, 2010, U.S. EPA issued a 515-page rulemaking under the Clean Air Act that will, for the first time, require companies to incorporate the "best available control technology" to address emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from some new and modified facilities. Read more.
